How The Workouts Are Created

Every other week, Cory and Kelli create multiple different standard workouts that can be completed at any fitness center or home gym with minimal equipment needed. The workouts are aimed toward two different goals: Weight loss/Muscle toning and Strength/Muscle gain. Customized workout plans will be aimed toward your personal goals and can accommodate any specific needs or desires such as chronic low back pain or post-operation strengthening.
